Directorship & Coordinators
In November of 2024, Woodbine is led byunderwent a directorship,restructuring.
A initially consistinggroup of 5 individuals.directors was created, replacing the previous loosely organized "Operations Group."
"Memorandums of Agreement" were created, and were signed by representatives of various groups operating in/out of Woodbine.
Signers were designated as "Coordinators."
Over the pastfirst few6 months,months itof 2025, the directorship has dwindled to 2 or 3 people.

Spokes Council
In August of 2024, there began to be claimedtalk of a spokes council structure within Woodbine, as advocated for by MattA within the Operations Group, and as essentiallydiscussed by other individuals.
In September 2024, the "Woodbine Spokes Council Planning" group formed, to research constitutive elements of a spokes structure: voting models, technology to support the effort, incorporation and organization structure, the purpose of a spokes council within the existing governance model (Directorship/Coordinators), etc.
Prior to the inaugural spokes meeting, the following options for Woodbines future were sent out to the coordinators chat.
Option 1
585 lease is taken over by new individuals
or
585 lease is reduced from Duncan, Matt, Johnny -> Duncan, Johnny
"Woodbine" as organization, including fundraising streams, web assets, and generally all "IP" and assets are moved to new location under stewardship of Matt.
Unclear what "groups" would be leaving the 585 space.
