Combo Books/Pages Permissions Testing

Testing users with a role that limits them to view/edit Books and Pages.

• User has access to Books menu item
• User had breadcrumbs for Book/Chapter/Page (Unexpected? ~LP)
• When accessing a book, will see at least one chapter page (Unexpected? ~LP)
